Princess Cadenza and Shining Armor Redesigns!

Okay so foreword I've kind of changed how alicorns work. When they initially become alicorns, they look like normal ponies but obviously with horn and wings. The longer they live the bigger they get. If power is given to them (like when Luna and Celestia give Twi their power) they will hit a growth spurt due to all the sudden magic (which is how Twilight sprang to Celestia's height seemingly so quickly). Anyways the more ancient alicorns are, they less they seem like ponies. They become pony-like, yet something always seems off about them. It's too much magic for a mortal pony to understand, so the brain makes the alicorn look normal. Super ancient ones, like Celestia and Luna, have become almost completely one with the sky. They can manifest physical forms when needed. They are more like goddesses at this point, whereas Cadenza is more of a normal princess (for now).

Anyways~ these two are T4T and wlw 'n mlm solidarity (get it? bc theyre both bi)

I wanted Shining to look more like his sis. When his mane is out of its ponytail it's almost the same as canon twi's. Oh also I like to think Twi's family isn't as high of a level of unicorns, so they don't get unicorn tails (except for when Twi becomes an alicorn). He had to shave it for work, but he has a unicorn beard. He's still the leader of the guards. His title doesn't change after he marries Cadenza. He has trouble sleeping and makes friends with Luna when she returns because of this. He is Cadenza's biggest supporter.

Cadenza is kind and quiet. She loves being around the fillies and colts and they love being around her, too. Just like in Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell, she was adopted as a young pegasi by some Earth ponies in a town outside of Canterlot. On one of her days back from high school, she helps her village stop Prismia. Princess Celestia tells her this was a sign she must become a princess. The pressure from Celestia made her agree. She hides it well, but sometimes she resents being an alicorn princess. She would have rather helped her people as just herself, instead of this idolized pony. Her and Twi become close because of that.

Similar to canon, they were high school sweethearts! He knew her before she became an alicorn (she became one around the time they were halfway in high school or whatever the pony equivalent is). She slowly gets bigger as shown by my size chart (shining armor is the size of my alicorn twilight design). Oh and they actually don't live in the castle (Cadenza feels weird living in there). They are the rulers of the people and are very well loved (even my Sunset respects her ways).

She also used to date Chrysalis and when Chrys gets redeemed they get back together (a throuple!) They also adopt Cozy Glow too.
